How to Use BHPcrm

Search: Enter keywords separated by commas, zip code and radius → click Search.

Plan Route: After searching, click "Plan Delivery Route" to open the route planner. Set your start/end addresses, number of days, hours per day, and minutes per stop — then click Optimize Route.

Draw Filter: Use the Draw Area button to draw a polygon on the map and filter stops to only those inside your drawn area.

Itinerary: After optimizing, switch to the Itinerary tab to see day-by-day stop order with estimated times. Each day has an "Open in Google Maps" button.

Export: Download results as CSV or Excel from the search results toolbar.

CRM Features (new!):

• Status badges — Click the status badge on any card to cycle through: Unvisited → Left Materials → Interested → Not Interested. Map markers change color to match.
• Notes — Type a quick note after each visit and click Save (e.g., "Spoke to Jane, call back Thursday").
• Visit History — Click "🕐 Visit History" on any card to see a log of every visit with date and outcome.
• Follow-up flags — Enter a date and click Set to flag a stop for follow-up. View all due follow-ups in the 📌 Follow-ups tab.
